The MeetinBytes X Techsmith Project Site

Welcome to the website for Team MeetinBytes! We are working with TechSmith to develop meeting software to support groups of 5-12 people. This project is a part of SI 682:Interface and Interaction Design, a Human-Computer Interaction design course at the University of Michigan’s School of Information. This website will document our progress and process over the course of the semester for this project. Feel free to email us at meetingbytes@umich.edu with any questions.

Our team is making a number of changes based on the feedback from our milestone one presentation and our initial client meeting.
  1. We will be reorganizing as Team MeetingBytes and we will have a new website and a new email that will be announced by 10/1.
  2. We will be focusing our solution on the meeting lifecycle, namely how information flows through the meeting lifecycle including meeting preparation, the actual meeting, after the meeting and how information flows from meeting to meeting
  3. We will begin our contextual inquiry next week 9/27-10/5.
