Feedback Summary
Our feedback on Milestone 3 was very helpful. Our classmates liked the way we summarized our personas in a chart for quick reference, but many felt that our presentation had too much information in it and was not presented efficiently. Similarly, many felt that our personas were too detailed and lacked diversity and real world names. Here’s what I liked about your milestone
- Providing handouts is helpful
- Very detailed personas and scenarios
- Using .ppt is good since it can convey key information in contrast to detailed handouts
- Using sentences to summarize scenarios is helpful
- Comparison chart is helpful, like the small matrix, which can give good overview
- Personality traits summarized is helpful
- Love the logo
Here’s where I felt there’s room for improvement
- Personas and scenarios seem too long
- Should show Personas & Scenarios on .ppt
- Presentation is too long
- Should explain more about the relationship between the personas
- Should take care of time management
- Need information about the scene of having meetings
- Team objective is not clear
- Two personas have no character description on the chart
- James Bond is not an appropriate persona
- Scenarios should center around software use not making software
