Lo-Fi Milestone Feedback

Here’s what I like about your completion of this milestone:

  1. great work flow context - loved the physical arrow
  2. great detail on direction of where the screen are being used
  3. good paper prototype to demonstrate your flow
  4. i like the arrow to indicate the user’s click
  5. awesome slides
  6. like the use of color
  7. good way to display the operation process sufficient functions
  8. like presentation
  9. good job of this milestone the clear classifications
  10. nice presentation that showed time & action sensitive interaction
  11. well prepared and animated numerous meeting features
  12. good drawing slides are great
  13. love the purple arrow and the use of different color of paper
  14. good sense of how buttons pop-up
  15. you really work hard to create the prototype, great work!

Here’s where I felt there’s room for improvement on this milestone:

  1. may want to face audience when presenting
  2. when through some points very quickly, it was hard to got a sense of everything that was on the “screen”
  3. too fast, can’t follow
  4. lots of information on screen at once, need time to absorb
  5. not clear ahead what are the difference between menu, button because of the hand writing
  6. would have liked a quick summary of all options you were going to discuss (to help get bigger picture)
  7. how can you use this? can participant position purple arrow
  8. i think there are many details on each of the pages, but i learn very little thing.
  9. i had a hard time getting a sense of .....???
  10. very vast can slow down a little
  11. unable to highlight the sector you are talking about would have been helpful
  12. the problem of the white board thing, what can i do if i import more than two others’ board? or may be some one don’t have the laptop to support handwriting tune.
  13. dose not give an overall perspective of the interface
  14. wireframes do not follow a common layout
  15. could have went a lot slower
  16. hard to see broader context of software, perhaps specifying the hierarchy at the beginning would help

Here are my other commons about this milestone:

  1. it took me a while to catch on to what you mean by “track”
  2. the pointer in presentation
  3. some text are hard to read on slide
  4. I was distracted and didn’t really listen (smiley face)
  5. how large are the pages? how did you photograph this?
  6. showing the paper prototype is better than showing it in slides
  7. with shared white boards people can be trying to work in the same space
  8. very interesting presentation, very clear to see the op. flow
  9. lots of on-screen option are you sure users can handle
  10. too many steps that the user has to do
  11. great presentation

  1. the typed banner on your slides often cover text on your lo-fi picture. may want to place it some where else
