Design Process When it comes to future, the image that comes in my mind is that people looking into the sky, imaging what will happen and what's out there. Therefore, I chose to use a blue sky as the background of the theme and some sketchy drawings to imply that people are sketching out new ideas and trying out new things.
Since the purpose of the conference is to connect people from different fields and generate ideas, so I used the idea of "radar" to show that this conference is calling people from different parts of the world, and the ripples imply sending signals.

FuturTech is a business and technology conference at the University of Michigan, bringing together representatives from the Ross School of Business, the College of Engineering, the School of Information, and major corporations from around the world. The conference topic for 2009 is " Beyond Web 2.0 "
