This interaction starts with a pseudo patient at left hand side. With a heart beating motion, it can easily draw people's attention and has them start reading from there. After reading the story, users can mouse-over three panels at right and see the changes of their claim in each stage of the medical lost ratio. There will be a interactive bar chart shows up at left when users hover the panels. Additionally, users can also click on "details" and a pop-up window will show up with more information.
