My team stared from interviewing people working in SRO and collecting artifact and other related resources for further analysis. With those data, we built several models such communication, sequence, and physical modules to see whether the relationship between each unit or the sequence of a procedure, or the arrangement of the working environment causes inefficient working flow.
Due to the nature of confidentiality of this project, only limited information about the project can be shared.
U-M SRO provides a wide range of survey design, data collection and data processing service. Our work will assist U-M ICPSR in developing recommendations for SRO to improve their record-keeping practices so electronics files will be accessible and usable.
My role: Interviewing key people from SRO, building affinity wall and providing recommendation for future and long term use to SRO with team
